after week 7

I met my goals last week so I had a cane cola from Borders coffee shop and made a pie this weekend. A sugar/fat free pudding, banana, fat free cool whip, and peanut butter :D it was yummy.


Goals for this week!!!

  • aerobic exercise with 2-3x 10 minute work outs
  • improve stretching add yoga
  • one long endurance workout
  • stay caught up with spark food
  • stay caught up with water
  • maintain all that i've been doing
  • work on visualizing
Reward!!
  • new clothes/walking shoes for san fran vacation
  • coffee 1-2 times/week, and weekends only
Pounds are fluctuating which means 3 things, but they are rounding downwards
  1. i need more water regulation
  2. i am gaining muscle
  3. i'm looking at the scale too often!!!
