yay!

i just exercised for 35 min with a goal of 290 calories burned (according to the little machine), and afterwards i thought "since i'm still sweaty, I'll stretch" while i stretched, i combed the cat, then had to vacuum the hair, then vacuumed the whole room, then vacuumed the bathroom and kitchen, then mopped the entire kitchen for the first time in years, and was working out/being active the whole time!!!

i had the energy and just kept going, being active and it felt great....

i'm going to do some homework now, just thought i'd share
