STARTING WEEK 7

I feel so great from exercising today. I was sore for a few days there, why? cause I wasn't exercising. I was busy with a wonderful valentine's day and entertaining my husband (more likely he was entertaining me) before he left for a weekend.

Memory loss: I can feel great after exercising today, and tomorrow I will forget that feeling and want to be lazy, which = soreness. It's amazing how i do that.

Day 1 of week 7: I have...
drank 7 cups of water so far, + Oj and milk
4 serving of fruits
Exercised 45 min, stretched


YAY!! Measurements are about the same as last weigh-in. I'll focus on water, caffeine, and sleep this week and hopefully see results by next weekend.
