Sore before, but good news now!

When I was flying to Georgia 3 weeks ago, I was so sore it was miserable to travel.


And while I was in Georgia, I worked out all of 3 times. Walked once. I did do some walking in St. Augustine Florida as a tourist, but that hardly counts with the food I ate.

Alas. I was a bit afraid of the scale. I used Emily's and it was way lower than I thought possible so I quit using it, not wanting to get my hopes up. So when I wake up this morning and weigh myself, I'm prepared for the worst after such a wonderful food filled trip and exercise free vacation.

Step on.

Wait.

No weight gained.... wait, what? I ate pastries, breads, lattes, (very few) candies, and lots of other decadent good food. I barely exercised. Sleep was less than normal and routine.

I barely thought about it while I was gone. But it was there. And ha! HA! HA! HA!

I'm just over 10 lbs to go before the end of the year goal I have set.

Now imagine with me- without those pastries and decadent foods what I could lose (that is not including today's pastry sampling). I'll be starting up my weekday workout classes again and then life could really start seeing results!!!!!!!!!!

Good news about losing weight:
I have pants that are loose
I am sleeping good
I have a metabolism

Downsides I'm dealing with:
Weird body buldges
Hair is falling out like crazy
And skin is a little crazy when I don't work out
My legs get so intense and restless

I think it's fair to say I have physical withdrawls from working out. AND I can't wait to start up again!!


10 lbs left before 2010 ends!
