Hello World,
I am writing to tell everybody about my weight loss challenge. AND yes it was challenging these last 4 weeks. I started out with lots of energy, great motivation, and I saw no results. But I soon found out that after you start up exercising as much as I did, you get hungry and you don't see results for weeks or months. So I started focusing less on #'s and more on my energy level.
I have had a busy couple of weeks so I cut back from 6 x a week at 30-35 minutes and upped my intensity for 3x a week at 45-60 minutes + a strengthening work out. Plus I've started rigorously measuring all my food, recording it, and managing my calorie intake. Starting that alone made a difference this week. I eat what I want and still lose the lbs.
Results as of day 28, end of week 4:
I have more energy, more control, and better calorie consumption
I lost 17 inches total
I have lost 5 lbs!!!!
I have been drinking much more water

17 inches!!! Awesome work! And don't worry, 5 lbs is a very normal, healthy amount to lose in a month. You are doing an incredible job--keep on a goin!
