Week 2 Results

End of week two!
I met lots of my goals!

  • More energy
  • Kept motivated, which was difficult some days
  • Drank tons of water
  • Did 6 workouts, 30 min-60 min in time
  • Lost around 4 inches on waist, bust, hips and gained some inches in muscle areas like calves and arms
  • The lb.s are not moving quite yet, but it's only week 2!!
  • Been eating healthy
  • Always on top of my journal/calendar/food situation
  • Took naps when I was tired instead of sugar or coffee
Some more goals for next week:
  • Push myself to do one advanced interval workout
  • Try to do some AM work outs, at least 1-2 this week
  • Try to focus and perfect work out
  • Make even more healthy food choices (now that i bought tons of groceries i can!)
  • Feel excited to work out
  • Take care of my feet by stretching several times a day
  • Continue to use Sparkpeople
  • Avoid negative things and people that make me feel like my goals and hard work aren't enough
  • Stick with those that share my smallest successes and make me feel like a winner
  • SLEEP at better hours, and even take naps
In terms of results:
  • I want to see at least 3-5 inches come off, with some gain in muscle places ok
  • I want to start seeing some lb.s moving
  • I want to feel more energetic. In terms of battery life I usually run on 50-75% and I want to stick to 75% or 80%
There are videos and they'll be up shortly! Maybe only for Week 2 however.
