I've done it!

I've got back on the bandwagon. It was a lot easier that I imagined. I just did it! Having a baby to look forward is quite a motivator.

Treadmill work outs x2 this week so far
Push up challenge x1
Sit up challenge x2

Waist:39.25
Goal: 34

I think the strength training will be what really sets me up to lose some waist inches.

I admit I need more food and more often meals and more water. I'm working on that part. but I popped in to say "YAY I have gotten into exercising and I'm loving it!"
