Cheers to goals!!

I realized how hard it really is to goal set when you tell yourself one thing and think another. So I need to remember and keep reminding myself of my goals. And even more importantly I need to set achievable goals so I do not sabatage myself.

  1. I will set a goal of 8 cups of water a day
  2. 6-8 servings of fruit and veggies
  3. Old jeans to fit
  4. Lose 10% of my body weight- which I am closer to after these 4 weeks
  5. Make watching my food second nature

I keep thinking of my goals, what's really important, and what lies I tell myself. Cheers to awareness and positive thinking!!
